"REVEALED - The Secrets To Automated Income! The Sales Funnel Techniques The Gurus DO NOT Want You To Know"

This is a question that often tricks people, no matter what occupation they might be seeking as a beginner.

Ask any acting student why he wants to go into acting...sure he may think that it is really to become another Marlon Brando, Al Pacino or Laurence Olivier.

But scratch the surface of his subconscious very deeply and he will confess (many years later though), it was to meet girls or if a female, to meet men. (It happens you know).

Now why is it important to really be truthful to yourself about the answer to this question? The simple answer is that it will save you a lot of time and energy.

If you know you want to use the job (consciously or subconsciously) to get girls, then you will move in a straight line to that destination using your acting career as a hook. You may even succeed in acting along the way.

The important point is to know what you are really after from any career that you find yourself chasing.

Now you may find that later on, you will really want to be an actor, then your behavior will alter towards that specific goal.

But until you progress to that realization, chase the girls while absorbing acting techniques, and your true motivation will surface.

Another benefit from this knowledge will allow you to accept failure without too much regret and place you on your true career path whatever it may be.

So it is with broadcastingcareers. Evaluate why you want to do it. Is it because you don't have the money or even the interest to be a doctor, lawyer or Indian chief.

Is it because you don't want to sit behind a dull desk from 9-5 the rest of your life.

Is it because you see radio as part of entertainment and it looks like people who work in it are just having fun? Is it for free concert tickets, to meet your favorite artists, to go on air and talk to your "fans", or to again, get girls, to live the glamorous life.

Or perhaps you have a desire to make a change in the institution of broadcasting, improve the quality of news and newscasters? You can do this, you know.

Being a member of the broadcast community brings with it enormous opportunities to influence the important issues of the day. People still are in awe of what they hear on the air.

Well, maybe all that will happen but when it does, it will be routine and no longer the hidden desire. So again, it is important to really do a reality check so you can get to where you want to be.
