Have you lost confidence in ClickBank?

Here are two of the most common reasons for customer unhappiness about ClickBank products and some easy solutions.

NO ACCESS:
One of the most common customer complaints is not receiving access to the product bought, be it the link to the download area or the password to enter the members area.

NOT WORKING:
Another common complaint is that those products aren't working at all or don't deliver on the promises made in the sales letters.

Solving these problems is easy, though it takes a bit of your time and effort.

GET ACCESS:

The link to the download area or password to members back office are normally sent to the customers credit card email address immediately after the sale is confirmed.
First one receives a confirmation email from Clickbank for the purchase including the order number as well as the vendors email address for technical help.
Shortly after that the vendors welcome email is sent, including the details to access the purchased product.

But most of the time it so happens that one has to enter one's name and email somewhere else in the process and that may differ from what Click Bank has on file. So people check
the  wrong email address, don't find the welcome email from the vendor and start worrying about not receiving immediate access to their purchase.

CLAIM A REFUND:

When buying an online product through ClickBank, one automatically gets a 60 Days money-back guaranty, which generally is honored, albeit after a few days.  That gives
customers the confidence to buy and offers vendors a chance to sell more of their products. 

A purchase of software that doesn't work at all is reason enough to make one mad.But since not all vendors are scammers, it's only reasonable to first voice your complaint to the vendor. They may be able to help.
Use the vendors email that's on ClickBanks Payment Approval email for that purpose.
If you don't get an answer within 24 hours, you can go via ClickBank to once again voice your complaint.

Here's how: (without logging in)
Go to ClickBank.com
click on : Help Center,
Click on : Purchase Questions
You'll come to "Get Help with your order", where you need to enter
the CB Order Number for your purchase plus email, then submit.
You will then see your printable order.
Select: "Click here to get support", then fill the form and submit.
You will receive an email from CB ticket system confirming your ticket.

A purchase that does not deliver what the sales page promised can fall into the category of misleading advertising. Proving that, however, is not so easy.
