The easiest thing you can do is to buy a cookbook or find a recipe list of the Paleo diet. You can try paleo diet which is more and more popular nowadays. Paleo recipe book is definitely the best paleo cookbook on the market.

The human body evolved for more than 2 million years with the food found in nature:
Fish
Meat (includes poultry and seafood)
Eggs
Nuts
Vegetables
Some wild fruits (mostly berries)
Tons of good fats.

The human race was thriving on this diet high in animal fat and proteins and low in carbohydrates, but things changed when we introduced unnatural foods to our bodies.

Avoid Poor Food:
No processed foods including whey protein
No alcohol in any form (I might add to foods if a sauce calls for it)
No grains
No legumes
No dairy
No white potatoes
No “paleo pancakes” or “paleo pizza,” etc.
Do not add any type of sweetener, real or unreal, to any foods. The whole 30 program says to avoid stevia, but I might use a few drops.
