Business services and property maintenance is a fast-growing option for many models of small businesses and individual entrepreneurs. The initial investment requirements are not very high, however, they may be specialized skills required. This is also a business for labor, therefore, acquisition, training and retention of qualified staff is vital.

Business services and Property Maintenance essentially involves providing handyman services and / or caretaker services, maintenance of property, both interior and exterior, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, repair, painting, polishing, carpentry , disposal of garbage, construction debris, waste management systems, etc. This could be for a home or commercial establishment.
