Are You Born With Customer Service Skills?

This is a great question! When I was a bar manager I took customer service very serious When I hired a new staff member, they had to complete a training course with me.

I am going to be answering this question in a series of posts.

In today’s post I am going to cover->

Who are customers?

These are the most important person in any business.

Customers are not just money, they are human beings.

Treat them with respect.

They are the life blood of any business.

Your customers are your biggest asset.

You get paid because they bring in cash.

The customer will go where they receive the best attention.

You want to be their choice, the one to do business with.

A dissatisfied customer will tell 8-10 people abut their problem.

Most People will do business with you again if their problems are

resolved in their favor.

So you had better take extra time to make them satisfied.

Make them feel special and important.

Pay attention to their needs and wants, give them you full attention,

Don’t give them the impression that you would rather be some place

else. Leave them with a positive feeling about themselves.

Do not talk about yourself, this is all about becoming so

interested in them that they want to share everything with you.

These are the qualities that are important to your customer






Your customers will surely leave you behind without all of these in place.
