I'm not a fan of low carb diets, but I do understand that most people consume too much and to reduce them can lose weight faster. This article is to help you reduce carbs to lose weight and do not eliminate them completely from your diet.

 

In this way you do not suffer headaches and stress of a common low-carb diet (which is sometimes a non-carbohydrate diet).

 

The trick is to replace the grains vegetables and fruits. When I started doing this in February after the holidays, I noticed that my body was more marked and the weight increase in the holiday season it down faster than expected.

a. Instead of toast at breakfast. Eat an apple along with the rest of breakfast.

 

b. Instead of rice at lunch, eat broccoli or a green salad (lettuce, tomato, onion etc.)

 

c. Instead of eating cereal at night, eat an orange and an ounce of walnuts or almonds.

Women who followed a low fat diet and ate more fruits and vegetables lost more fat than women who just follow a diet low in fat.

 

After 1 year, the group following the low-fat diet with fruits and vegetables (LF-FV) lost more weight than the other group of women who only followed a low-fat diet (LF) only.

 

Why?

 

The LF-FV group reported that they felt less hungry because they could consume more food than the LF group.

 

That's the advantage of eating more fruits and vegetables. Full on fewer calories you consume excess fat without unnecessary. That's how you lose weight.

 

My diet always contains a variety of apples, berries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries, melons and watermelons, and this helps me satisfy my sweet tooth while training routines using Turbulence Training fat loss.
