Having had the opportunity to preview many of the upcoming updates to national automotive website platforms, it is safe to say that top platforms will have strong Content Management Software (CMS) tools and/or blog built into their architecture.

With this is play, car dealers have the ability to create unlimited content pages for their website but this presents another problem.

Dealers have not been trained to write for both the consumer experience and the search engines.

Car dealers in 2011 will need education, workshops, and training on content writing to achieve their sales and search marketing goals. The more content a car dealer adds to their primary website and microsites, the stronger these sites will become.
