The staff nurse jobs are making their notion by gaining a great interest among young people and professionals are trying their hands on getting a staggering salary from a reputed medical care firm. Competition is at stake, and with that the criteria set by the hospitals is creating a notion of hiring only expert staff nurses.

A recent survey has shown that in the top 700 hospitals from five different countries, the most criticized profession is the nursing. The reason for this is the lack of attentiveness and unprofessionalism while examining the patient. Number of death cases has been credited to the carelessness/negligence of the nurses. The overall impact of this unacceptable behavior is that staff nurse recruitment has become stringent and now the hospitals are hiring nurses with some experience or fresher under some training period.

As the famous proverb says “Jack of all Trades Master of none”.  In a similar manner, when nurses keep on changing their work place, it deteriorates their professionalism and they start neglecting their duties.
