Winning the Bodybuilding Competition

So who actually won the Bodybuilding Competition?

1st place after an exhausting hunting votes won by is 788 Lanky for your photo Proceed with it to the final round of the aforementioned trio of products, just like Fillip Hofer third place.

You will need:
- Volume soup vegetables, 4 potatoes, 2 tablespoons oil, 200 g tilapia fish, 200 grams of salmon kilo mussels (not required, but they taste great in soup), 500 ml fish stock 300 ml white wine, 1.2 liters vegetable stock, salt and spices to taste, dill  

Clean the vegetables and soup it into small pieces, then gently Fry in olive oil. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes well to clean and wash the fish, mussels, wash well and discard those that are open.

roasted vegetables, pour over fish and vegetable broth and wine and simmer about 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

According to taste, add the spices and salt.
Fish fillets into medium sized pieces and put together with mussels into boiling soup. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. You can sprinkle the soup with dill and serve best with whole meal bread.

You will need: - 800 g potatoes, 4 pieces Perch approx 150 grams 1 shallot, pineapple 150 g, 4 tablespoons oil, 200 grams of cabbage, 200 ml milk, 2 tablespoons sour cream, ground spices and salt to taste
