The holidays are enjoying fresh fruits indefinitely. What vitamins but sweet preserve for far end of the season?

Freezer is ideal for those who are not able to consume seasonal harvest time, but do not want to give up bottling fresh fruit flavor. Like fruits and vegetables can find asylum in the icy vault, not all species are not suitable for freezing

Maybe apples or pears is more troublesome because the freeze losing flavor. On the contrary, a great chill fits all small fruits: currants, gooseberries, plums, cherries, Malian, maraca...

For quick freeze dried spread, stoned and sliced fruit on a tray and let freeze.
