Why Blend Your Food? Weight Loss, Healthy Living, Taste - Maybe All Three.

Jul 1st 2010 at 12:03 PM

Claims abound of amazing health improvements and permanent weight loss that come when you start blending your foods as part of a healthier lifestyle? Societal awareness has significantly increased pertaining to the health dangers of indulging without much restraint in a lifestyle of smoking, alcohol and gulping down sugar and fat filled junk foods that we grab and gulp while running to our next appointment.

Perhaps you have seen a some Blendtec wildside extolling the virtues of the Blendtec hp3 a Total Blender or maybe you read an article in a medical journal about blending your foods and the associated benefits from doing so. It has long been known that blending and liquefying your fruits and vegetables greatly improves both the quantity and quality of nutrition that goes to your body. Blending foods with a high speed good quality blender, speeds up the weight loss processes due to the breaking down of the fats and oils. This then allows the digestive system to more easily and quickly flush those undesirables from the body.

When you eat solid foods, the body takes a long time in digesting it so it has much more time to absorb extra fats into your system. When you have a liquefied form of blended foods in the body, important nutrients are regularly utilized for optimum nutrition. The foodstuff flows quickly out of the body so it prevents an over abundance absorption of unneeded fats and oils. When you eat liquidized food you can eat more frequently and can eat bigger portions. This means you don't feel as hungry as you do with many diets. When you are blending most of your food, you are able to eat whatever you want and still find yourself simply and effectively loosing weight.

Of course you realize about the benefits of greater taste and more abundant health that come with blending your foods using a high quality blender, but are you aware of what is most commonly referred to as the best blender available at any price and why you will love owning one? The Total blender wildside is a precision kitchen appliance of unsurpassed quality. It is well known as "the best there is" around the world. Nice article. However, diabatic must take advice of their doctors before taking food in liquid form, for example, juices are not good for diabetics.

Yes, this makes good sense because when the digestive system receives food that is not liquefied or chewed close to a liquid form, an individual will start having health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, hypertension, ulcers, and eventually intestinal polyps from undigested foods that can lead to cancer. It is so important to watch what we eat and how we consume what we eat! Take care of your body.
