Tomato diet for weight loss

Exclude a method for producing juice using heat treatment (cooking) tomatoes in their own juice. To this are added daily volumes of juice products that need to be used with tomato juice that day.

The first day - Together with tomato juice drink 1 kg of any vegetables. Better to give preference to such vegetables as cabbage, broccoli, and arugula. The entire volume of vegetables, you can add 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil.

The second day - In this you can use tomato juice and salad of the following products:

•    Basil - 1 bunch;
•    Pepper - 0.5 kg;
•    Lettuce - 1 bunch;
•    Walnuts - 1 handful;
•    Lemon juice as filling. Cut vegetables, sprinkle with nuts and dressed with lemon juice.

Third Day - On this day only eat sour apples can be baked.

The fourth day - Allowed the consumption of 200 g of lean meat (chicken, turkey).

Fifth Day - Eat any vegetables in unlimited quantities.

Sixth Day - On this day, you can treat yourself to 1 kg of fresh berries allowed the consumption of watermelon in a small amount.

Seventh day - Most restrictive day; you can only have basil and dill, as a seasoning for tomato juice.

In contrast to the second embodiment of the diet on the first tomato juice has a more extreme effect on the body. This is due to the minimal calorie products and low protein content.
