1 cup. strong coffee (drink)
2 tablespoons sugar

200 ml cream
380 grams. mascarpone cheese (cream cheese) or ricotta cream
1/2 cup. chocolate shavings
1/2 cup. chopped hazelnuts
Pour in 1 tbsp brown sugar and stir to melt. Add the alcohol. Meanwhile, beat the mixer cream with remaining sugar until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone.
In a small ovenproof dish lay a layer of the wafer after a dive in a cafe. With as coffee liqueur Pour the excess wafer. Spread the cream cheese and sprinkle crushed chocolate and hazelnuts. Ice and serve. No piece is cut, serve with shallow spoon.
