The Volume Affects Muscle Growth

May 20th 2014 at 4:58 AM

Whether you look at it from any angle, so the weight used during training is very important for the involvement of muscle fibers and subsequent growth.

As further used for weight comes the volume or total number of executed series.

The volume affects muscle growth.

If you do not have enough runs, you give your body the stimulus to growth.

If you make them too, so and will not grow, so you have to find the optimal center.

And where is the best center?

For everyone else, but here is some general advice

1) The more sets you make, the better

Like the larger burden better enable all the free muscle fibers into action, the more sets you make, the more muscle you connect. However, you must know when to stop.

To illustrate, ask yourself if there are three sets of biceps strokes better than one.

Of course the answer is yes.

There are five better than three?

Probably It is seven better than five? Moment when you should end up with the training, or the point when the next series will not help, it is a typical point where you lose pumping in training muscles and reps and weight begin to fall.
