The killers of self-motivation
Being motivated is always a constant inner struggle not infrequently is assaulted by negative thoughts and anxiety about the future.

There is no simple solution to lack of motivation. Even after a good stage, some problems and reappear at the first sign of use may fail if the key understands your thoughts and how they drive your emotions. By learning  to cultivate thoughts of motivation, they will neutralize the negative.

The main reasons for lack of motivation are: Lack of self-confidence Lack of a clear goal to stay focused Lack of direction

How to boost confidence??

The first motivation killer is a lack of trust.
When this happens to me, it's usually because I'm totally focused on what I want and neglecting what I already have. When we think only on what we want, we forget what we already have in hand.

At this point our mind wanders in search of explanations for why we have not yet what we strive for. This creates a bomb of negative thoughts.
Weaknesses and failures of the past, au-to our mind A way out of this mental thought pattern is to focus on gratitude. Reserve a time and focus on everything positive in your life, everything you've ever achieved and as was already strong.

Make a mental list of your strengths, successes of the current advantages. By making an effort to feel grateful for yourself, you'll realize how competent and successful you already know that, and before that still has the skills to continue evolving. Be grateful for you will rejuvenate your confidence and give you more motivation.
