The enzymes in human nutrition  Bodybuilders stick to their eating basically most of all athletes. Any slightest mistake can spoil class form a view as to obscure the decent results. Everyone counts carbohydrates, proteins and fats.  The heaviest weight class bodybuilders reach weights of over 100 kg, and that individual must eat through the day literally reams of high-quality food that he will have plenty of nutrients.

A large number of "prescribed by" protein a day is not practically possible to eat only solid diet, which spends a long time, and therefore each and every bodybuilder takes supplements that facilitate protein intake while maintaining the highest biological value.  Whether it contains such a protein supplement any quality source of protein, it would not be applicable to anything if we did not digest the proteins.  The same applies, among others, carbohydrates, fats, and various minor components ingested. Main tools for proper digestion are just digestive enzymes, which will be discussed.

Although it would be great to start immediately the advantages of enzymes for sports nutrition, as everywhere else, you first need to tell you what those enzymes actually are, what they are made where they actually occur in the body and why they are vital to humans.  Throughout the two-part series will be explained in absolutely all the biochemical propositions, distribution, etc., because the article would have had no effect. The goal is not to create another "book" of enzymologist, but to show how enzymes are important in human nutrition.
