The Diet of low-protein is beneficial for weight loss
In author’s studies, Bray and his colleagues used the products that all Americans typically consume eggs, bacon, biscuits or cereal for breakfast; tuna salad, turkey sandwiches and chips for lunch; pasta, rice, pork chop casserole for dinner. A diet with high protein content comprised 26% protein, 33% fat and 41% carbohydrate. Bray said that scientists have a little surprised that the participants gained a little extra pounds.
