The derivation of muscles which requires much more time

Well, in a minute level of energy will be almost at the initial level. However, the force will be reduced compared to the previous approach because of the acids (phosphoric and dairy) that accumulate during the muscles and the derivation of which requires much more time. In general, if you do 6-12 reps in the approach, you can make such approaches a long time (in the amount of 3-6) with minimal rest - one minute.

Why to rest 3-5 minutes? It's very simple, folks. Although the energy for the next approach is restored very quickly, but acidification of the muscles greatly limits the power (I explained in a previous story why), and so the level of lactic acid and phosphoric dropped significantly, we have to wait 2-3-5 minutes. In addition, it is being restored "nervous energy" required for such "exemption" training with heavy weights. The next moment - is the dependence of energy expenditure from exercise.

The more difficult exercise you do the more energy you spend. It is one thing - raising the bar for biceps and quite another - squats. That is why after the first exercise will be significantly less performance decline than after the second. But let's not run ahead of the engine and confuse you ahead of time.
