I taste seafood, fish, shrimp, salmon, scallops; I have salads, soup broths. Just a diet that does not have as many calories are lighter as well enjoy it. As a gourmand you want to enjoy and also enjoy these lighter options. And can you prepare yourself? Do you cook? I cook like a lot. From Italian, Mexican to Indian cuisine, I try to cook so brightly that the food contained everything the body needs. Without which you could not live? No sweets, I love you. Every day I have to have something sweet, preferably chocolate in any form.
