The trainers have to be extra cautious with these patients. Try to make a small target for them and don't force them to compete with other trainees. The most important thing to remember is always make their fitness program with the reference of their doctor's prescription and take their doctor's number and emergency contact number. By keeping these few things in mind you can help your asthmatic patient to maintain a healthy safe life.
