Problem Called Strongman Training
So much for the mathematical problem called strongman training.
How will all join together to train each type of discipline and every exercise often enough, you will improve, and yet not so often that you managed to regenerate, grow and grow?
This problem becomes even more complicated when the game enters a new discipline, or when the athlete is injured and some discipline is not possible in practice to classify.
But I hope that I will at least prove some important questions to answer and I gave you the inspiration from which to draw when drawing up its own training plan with Visual Impact Muscle Building.
I would recommend that you keep a training log and identify clear goals you want to achieve. You must gradually learn to recognize how the training disciplines that affect your performance in the coming days.
Do not be surprised when a heavy workout Super Yoke affect your performance in lifting logs two days later, or if you find that your traps and shoulders strained for many days after heavy lifting gear.
The numbers do not lie.
If you lift more, move with the same load faster, or have the same training less strained than ever, your body gradually adapts to the training process and going in the right direction
If your training performances throughout the month, the same, or have even deteriorated, entertain false hopes to ourselves that progress is already in sight and I just need to persevere in what you are doing.
Remember also that if long-term training with loads somewhere at 70% of maximum, then just barely make day-to-day a new personal record.
And at the very end, I would say that I do not consider anyone exceptional and the title "guru growth", which I was assigned, I was kind of embarrassed.
