Main meals should consist of complex carbohydrates; our reader has arthritis and therefore weakened his muscles. Moving to therapy and he is interested in foods that are recommended to strengthen the muscles. Advice is sought from nutritionists whom he said some foods which can prepare their weakened muscles for physical exertion

What to eat to weakened muscles?' I'm 26 years old and because of the pain that caused the weakening of the leg muscles, I was diagnosed with arthritis. Soon I go to therapy, and I would like due to work as soon as possible to recover. I wonder what kind of diet and nutritional supplements to be good for my recovery and strengthen weakened muscles.
