Number of sets for each muscle group - Muscle Building Program

If you arrive to haunt the gym 3-4x a week, certainly cannot go wrong, just the opposite.

Number of sets per muscle group is individual, even here the rule is my own experience. 

Muscles can interact with each other. The smaller muscle groups obviously do not need much, just need 7-8 series, and large parts of the general and 15 series.

Do not forget your own imagination!

Of course, everyone prefers a different type of exercise, someone indulging in supersets, giant batches, slow and fast reps and always trying something new, the Conservatives are going to the same thing over and over, but that does not mean that it is completely wrong, if it's working.

Stagnation is always an impulse, which tells us that it is time for a change.

It's good sometimes something in your workout to vary the run. Maybe I just simply start small instead of large muscle groups, perhaps it on our biceps really working.

But even with the changes and transition to volume training is a good idea to start slowly, the body is not a machine that just goes and it works.

Overtraining can happen to anyone of us, especially the beginners and irregular visitor’s gyms who are a little ashamed that after the summer I crash to the bench press and lift a small weight. Instead of a reasonable weight loaded several discs and the next day not move hand or arm is hurting.
