Moussaka with wild garlic and beef

We need: 1 kg potatoes 2 bunch of fresh wild garlic 500g minced beef Sour cream 2 eggs Béchamel sauce

Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into thick slices arbitrary. Fry meat in oil, add salt, add the coarsely shredded wild garlic , bešamelno sauce and mix rapidly.

loaded into the baking pan layer the potatoes, add a layer of meat with wild garlic and bašemalom. Layers is repeated so long until we run out of ingredients.

The last layer should be coated with potatoes. The vessel was quickly mixing the eggs and add sour cream. Mix to a smooth mixture and pour over the moussaka.
