Kyle Leon Customized Fat Loss- Liposuction techniques are divided into dry and wet (the solution is not , or is used ) . According to the apparatus used and the type of liposuction cannula can be divided into classical, vibration, ultrasound and laser.
All types of liposuction work on the principle evacuation disrupted adipose tissue using a thin tube - cannula. The cannula is introduced under the skin using a vacuum removes excess fatty tissue. Various methods of liposuction and the anesthesia can be combined in various ways. The final result depends on how large an area is extracted, which is a skilled surgeon who performs liposuction and of course also on the technique used, and anesthesia.
Classic liposuction
Dry technique: In this technique, liposuction is not under adipose tissue injected fluid - hence the name dry liposuction technique. With this method it is necessary to use higher vacuum, which might entail greater blood loss or tissue damage and the resulting greater inequality. This method is now considered obsolete and it is almost not used.
Wet Liposuction techniques: The subcutaneous tissue is injected solution. Individual wet techniques differ from each other mainly lots of solution. Solution is a mixture of saline solution (sodium chloride solution) , epinephrine (a substance that causes withdrawal of blood vessels ) , and may also contain anesthetic . This technique makes it easier to liposuction fat removal, reduces blood loss and in the case of anesthetic provides anesthesia during and after surgery. Injecting the solution also helps reduce the amount of bruising after surgery.

Wet technique (simple wet technique)
The volume of injected fluid in this case is less than the estimated amount of liposuction. Typically 200-300 ml solution aspiration area.
Super - wet technique

The volume of injected fluids in this technique is about the same as the expected volume liposuction. This method is similar to the tumescent technique, but the local anesthetic in the solution is usually not included, or only in small amounts.
