The diet to combat sagging

Hi people!
Already mentioned at the top of the blog a bit about diet for skin and nails but today I want to bring a sample menu to prevent sagging!

Everyone wants beautiful skin ... and right when it comes to diet for beautiful skin needs to think about several points:
* Hydration-water, teas and fruit

* Antioxidant fruit, special juices and some specific foods

* Iron and protein-meat! Mainly fish

* Vitamins and minerals, raw fruits and vegetables, especially thinking in vitamin C, zinc, and magnesium selling.
Good! Enough talk and lets the menu? Upon waking 200ml water Breakfast 1 cup of green tea 1 omelet with 2 egg whites, grated carrot, onion and parsley 2 slices of papaya Morning Snack

1 guava or 1 cup of pineapple juice shake with hydrolyzed collagen powder (looks post about collagen here )
