Fish for dinner - with vegetables and fruits I was not friends, they only progressed eczema. But cucumbers, bananas, thank God it was not the problem. At lunch tried to drink milk. The diet included more dairy products. And the most important rule, do not eat after six. The maximum that you can do it's a drink of water.

Crackers, croquettes - became my favorite "treats" for tea. Maybe someone will seem boring my diet, but it helped me. Every six months could drink collection or thistle capsules. Just what I want to say to me my diet is very helpful. The benefit of a small child, we often go for a walk in the parks, a day at least two hours. And so my problems are over. Pimples on the face are gone, eczema is gone. And today I'm sticking to this diet.

Problems with the skin are gone. Sometimes allow myself a sweet and salty - but now it is not like it used to. But I have a healthy body! But my dishes and all household chores are now doing only with rubber gloves in order to avoid skin irritation. Just when you were a rash on the hands, I often kept them in salt water. And the best part was when it was sea salt. Doing it in the evenings, when I watched all the household chores were over and I could not bear to see your favorite TV series.
