Here are a few home remedies to relieve the effects of sunburn. Make a compress. Put a cold compress on the most painful areas of the skin or take a cool bath to soothe the burn.

Apply to skin cream or gel, just do it very carefully and choose a cream containing ingredients such as menthol, camphor, aloe. Cold cream or sour cream just to help you feel better and will remove the feeling as if you're all "flaming."
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can also alleviate the effects of sunburn and remove the swelling and pain throughout the body.


Avoid dehydration - Drink plenty of water and other liquids, drink as much as you want or even more. You need to be avoided in this time of dehydration.

Avoid the sun after the sun burned - As long as your tan is not healed (abate its consequences), is avoid direct sunlight, wear a hat or a scarf, jacket or long dresses with long sleeves.
