Heavy Training For Women

Apr 25th 2014 at 4:26 AM

Women can also train heavy?

We hear women commenting regularly in gyms “will not put much weight as it does not want to stay strong as a man?".

That’s just a myth and says a tremendous mistake!

This idea really hinders their development in training and your goal will become increasingly far from being achieved.

Never, I repeat never a woman will become big as a man; there are many physiological and hormonal differences between men and women.

The increase in muscle mass is barely noticeable in women, because they have very low levels of testosterone compared to men and sadness of all, higher levels of fat that are disappearing and being replaced by muscle mass, but do not allow the contours muscles appear.

The vast majority of women, prioritizes Stress training (cardio), lifting weights, often because they are misguided

I heard "my old teacher said you have to slim down and set to sweat, have run a lot," yes and no
Lean mass is directly linked to increased metabolism, but the much desired weight loss and building a defined body is achieved in many ways, the more muscle you add to your body

The easier it is to lose fat, so should maintaining a balance between the activities with weight and cardio training.

When you can choose between an intense cardio training and weight training, think we have strength in all the benefits that aerobic activity and still wants to stimulate the increase of muscle mass.

The cardio training is one of the tools to achieve your goals, the treadmill and elliptical are of paramount importance to pay attention to the intensity of training.
