Tired (o) to do the same things? Every day is one routine: get up, brush your teeth the same every time, wake the kids (for those who has children), take the same coffee, take the same path to school children (or not) and then to work, work, work and back the same way boring? http://health.revieweds.com/how-to-get-rid-of-belly-fat/
Of course you'll be exhausted (o) (if not already) to always do the same things.
It's time to give you just that! Here are five (5) suggestions for you to improve your day-to-day:
1. Take a chance on different things! Visit a museum, an art gallery! Go to the cinema to watch a romantic movie! Ride a bike with no destination, see new things!
Begin to see the same things from different angles, you realize that what you knew about certain issues, in fact it was just a crumb of what they could offer.
Wear different clothes, different styles! Try new perfumes, bathe with different soaps, and use other toothpastes!
2. Move! Discover new ways to do the same things! For example: sleep across the bed!
Sleep on the couch! Replace hand to brush your teeth! Put on some music that you like and start the day rummaging through the body all! Dance!
Make faces and mouths! Talk to your interior. Our body transmits and receives power all the time! Direct this energy always on the positive side. 3. Use new paths Look for alternative ways without much traffic. Even if it makes walking more three (3) or four (4) blocks beyond normal.
