Fruit with an average content of fructose

Fruits low in fructose (eat this fruit) - avocado, Blueberry, grapefruit, guava, lemon, lime, pineapple, plums, strawberries, tomatoes (tomato is a fruit!)

The fruit is high in fructose (do not eat it, that is) all dried fruits, apricots, dates, figs, mango, papaya, peaches, pears, plums, raisins and currants.

Fruit with an average content of fructose (fruit eat when you have a figure to your liking). Any fruit that I didn't mention in the first two categories probably falls into this category.

During the six weeks (until weight loss comes) try to choose fruit with low-fructose and from this category. The rest avoid the fruit until you have the shank axis.

The real villain is Drakula - One kind of fat is really bad. In nature there is no, but there is very much at the grocery store. It is also known as fat, and you can find it in baked products like Hydrogenation cakes and biscuits.
