Olive oil, fish oil, real butter, nuts, flaxseed... Carbohydrates. Brown rice, oats, whole grain pasta... The idea is to eat 6 meals a day Limit alcohol consumption. If you want to lose belly fat is just as important what you drink as well as what you eat.
