Rubbing strawberry on your teeth can help to make them shine. Make a paste by mixing baking soda and chopped strawberries and use it when brushing your teeth. This must be done carefully, although only a few times per week.

Sour fruit
acidic fruits such as oranges and lemons also helps whiten your teeth for a long time. Orange peels can be used to buff or teeth to be combined into a paste for teeth. Lemon juice also has a bleaching effect on the teeth, but it impairs your enamel.

Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar naturally whitens teeth. Gargling with it daily will help remove bright spots on the surface of your enamel.

Crunchy vegetables and fruit
