Okay, follow me ... you have been following a "diet" for several days or weeks and you start to realize that you are losing less and less fat throughout the day ... well, that's natural. At first, generally, you have a greater fat burning, but over the following days and weeks, this loss decreases until it stops, reaching a barrier, which we call the Plateau Effect.

This is nothing more than a fancy name for referencing wall that achieved in weight loss ... the point is that we do not lose more weight, even following the diet to the letter.
