I tell you an update As mentioned in the consulting above that exercises the wheel fixed means very helpful in burning calories, and reported that the index of bike indicates that you lose from 300 to 400 calories, and this of course is not true; because it usually indicator that the bike gives the prices are approximate and not real, and those calories you mentioned too far even for calorie approximate that can be lost after 30 minutes of this exercise and the natural rate dear is this: It has about 30 calories at most within 30 minutes of this exercise.
