Dieting and training muscle group

Training one muscle group you like this takes about 40 minutes. After all the time you need to feel the blood pumping and muscles, everything else is wrong!


The training will therefore remains to 20min. and to this time shift, depending on what your schedule more exercise for this game or any other exercise.
I have not written about cardio, I take extra 5-10 minutes at the beginning, more durable can add 5min. in the middle of the most durable and can come to the gym tomorrow and trample you for an hour: o)

Diet to the shaping of training:
Rice
Chicken
Whites
The sum of 2.5 to 3 grams of protein per 1 kg of your body weight and about 4 grams of carbohydrates
