Deciding to lose weight with a low calorie diet, it should be understood that the protein is required for the person and the amount cannot be limited. High-protein low-carbohydrate is recommended to use the program:

• Three meals: one regular and two substitutions;
• Two protein snack.

For example, if you are 33 years old and your weight is 45 kg, then your weight 0.79 = 0.79 x 45 = 36 (d) - your daily protein requirement.
