Dead lift preparations - Muscle Building Program

The top is directed toward the Europe in Sweden, which is the beginning of May. The Republic therefore go after six weeks of training, but I think it will be good. I'm also not feeling well, and if it's at all possible, I would like to try in Europe Triathlon 980 kg. Now tell me again how to get along. David, how are you with Thomas trains? The training sessions can then help each other, so that the exercise is much more effective and I can still improve. How are you, Tom, coached with David? Except for the fact that David is fearful animal, it's a great boost. For years I have trained myself and this is a nice change for me earlier was a problem with the training but now it no other way, David's ferocity is my driving force. Do I want to ask, did you have for your sports activities a serious injury?
David: I have had no injuries and I hope that I long avoided. Thomas: I've had one serious injury and torn fibers in the biceps muscle, which happened to me in the dead lift in preparation for the European Championship in 2008. I had to adapt training and it turned out to be the best performance in the dead lift. Otherwise, I am chronically ill all the joints in the body. (Laughs) A necessary question, do you have any sponsors or prepare you pay yourself?
