Customized Fat Loss - Diet Program For Weight Loss

Customized Fat Loss diet is really effective for weight loss. Follow the rules as according to the below:-
What foods for the whole three days we need:
•    1.5 kg fresh peeled pineapple (and since when its peeling is a big waste, we buy twice as much!)
•    2 pieces banana
•    16 pieces of kiwi
•    0.5 kg of green grapes
•    Per day for at least two liters of still water, or even herbal tea
It is important that food is accurately weighed in batches by following written diet, lest some enzymes, which this diet works to interfere and diet, could then lose effect. The first day we eat pineapples and bananas in the following amounts:
•    250 grams of fresh pineapple for breakfast
•    250 grams of fresh pineapple on a morning snack
•    1 banana you'll have lunch
•    250 grams of fresh pineapple for afternoon snack
•    1 banana you'll have for dinner
The second day we eat only kiwi and grapes:
•    3 kiwi for breakfast
•    100 grams of grapes for morning snack
•    4 kiwis for lunch
•    100 grams of grapes for afternoon snack
•    3 kiwis for dinner
The third day is "mixed":
•    200 grams of grapes for breakfast
•    200 g pineapple for a morning snack
•    4 kiwis for lunch
•    100 g pineapple for afternoon snack
•    100 grams of grapes and kiwi for dinner 2
