9 sheets Crust "politico" alfa

100 gr. sugar

100 gr. marzipan

1 Tbsp cinnamon

100 gr. melted butter, coldĀ

For spreads

2 eggs

100 gr. sugar

For the cream

2 liters of fresh milk

300 gr. sugar

100 gr. semolina

100 gr. flour, all-purpose

4 vanilla

lemon zest

5 eggs

50g. butter milk

1 pinch salt


In bol put the eggs, half sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, salt, flour and semolina. With the wire whisk well. Put the milk in a saucepan to heat and add the other half sugar. Take 2 cups. lukewarm milk and dilute the egg mixture, stirring with wire. Add to the milk, stirring. Allow a few minutes to tie the cream, stirring the ingredients. Remove from heat and add butter. Mix. In blender put the almonds, sugar and cinnamon. Grind them to a powder. Grease a large round pan. Spread radial 3 Politika leaves, after the buttering one by one. Sprinkle with cinnamon, almond, sugar. Lay 3 sheets protruding at the edges since the buttering. Sprinkle with cinnamon, almond, sugar. Repeat with 3 buttered and sprinkled leaves. Finally, pour the cream.

Beat two eggs with the sugar in a bowl and pour over the surface of the custard. Turning all the edges inward, covering half the surface of the pie. The middle of the pie remains unmet. Brush leaves with butter as leftover. Bake in a preheated oven at resistances at 170oC in the bottom rack for 45 minutes or so, until well browned.

The layers in between the sheets, with sugar and almond caramelize the sheet and maintain crispy
