300 grams. (1 package) cream Nounou 35% fat, cold
1 ¾ cups. milk
1 vanilla pod

For the caramel: Place in saucepan the sugar and water over medium heat. Stir well to melt the sugar. Just boil stop stirring. Allow the syrup to boil until it becomes caramel, about 8. You'll understand why it changed color (darken it) and will thicken. Transfer the pan from the heat and leave until it stops bubbling. Pour the fit (smooth without plans) with a hole in the middle.
For the cream: sliver along the vanilla. Pour cream NOYNOY, milk and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat to a boil. In bowl, beat eggs with wire to the (1/2 cup. Tea) sugar unite.
