Instructions to citizens about what should be careful from now until Wednesday, where the mercury would "hit red" issued by the Ministry of Health

According to the announcement:

Reduce your moves. Avoid heavy physical work, particularly in high temperature, high humidity and apnea. Schedule tasks such untimely temperature peak.

Two. Keep in a cool and shaded.

Wear light, comfortable and light clothing that facilitate ventilation of the skin and evaporation of sweat (cotton, linen). Avoid synthetic fabrics. Use wide brimmed hat and sunglasses when exposed to sunlight.

Drink copious amounts of water and fruit juices. On warm days, the fluid intake should be greater than your thirst indicates you. People with epilepsy or heart problems, kidney or liver following strict liquid diet or fluid retention problems in their body, should consult a doctor or dietitian before increasing fluid intake.
Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages.
Prefer light and small meals with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables and avoid fatty foods.

Make lukewarm showers during the day. Avoid sudden changes in your body temperature. A cold shower / bath immediately after exposure to high temperatures can cause hypothermia, especially in elderly and young children.
Keep the room or house closed during the day after being left open during the night. Download the tent and close the shutters.
.What people suffering from chronic diseases (heart disease, lung disease, etc.) should consult their doctor for specific application instructions.

Tip doctor should ask those who take medications on whether to continue and at what dose, and some have the ability to increase the body temperature.
