Jun 6th 2013 at 1:44 AM

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto - Cardio exercises is basically difference of strength during your cardio exercises.

People often accustomed to exercising at a steady pace , running the same old speed on the treadmill for an extended period, Hoping to burn off those unwanted pounds.

However, if you ever reported the number of calories burned by this style of cardio and translated it into how much food and liquid calories that represents, you will quickly discover that only eating the first meal of the day, you've already put the "burned" calories back in your body.

How does cardio work interval training?

When a cardio session is done in a consistent pace for the entire session, your body goes into what is called a steady state. Essentially, your body has adapted to the intensity and therefore will try to keep calories. This means that you are not burning the calories it takes too long to lose fat. Cardio interval training allows you to burn more calories and loses more fat, all in a shorter time!

An interval means that changing the rhythm, movement or strength during your workout session. Your body must respond quickly to changes to meet the need for extra energy, and burn more calories in the process. For example, if you use a treadmill, continue to fluctuate between low and high speeds and slip and you will find that you will get great results in a shorter time. Instead of walking or running for 60 minutes or more, you can accomplish a lot in about half an hour.

We all need more time in our days, is not it? The other big advantage of interval training cardio is that your body's metabolism will be boosted by the execution intervals and will continue to burn calories throughout the day. Extra fat will be lost as a result.
