Burgers Pork chops with mustard and gherkins
Who said that to enjoy a juicy burger patties we definitely need?
2 boneless pork chops
1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
2 buns (preferably ciabatta - and find in supermarkets)
1 tablespoon mustard
2 to 4 slices cheese of your choice
5-6 pickled cucumbers in thin slices

We ask our butcher to cut the pork chops into two pieces and each of them can hit thinned. Place in a pan the chops, brush them with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Cut the bread in half and brush the bottom with mustard. On top put the chops, and hand out cheese and pickles. Cook the burgers for 1-2 minutes in the oven or toaster, just to melt the cheese.
Serve with a simple green salad.
