Do you have biorhythm upset? Expressions camp in the countryside

The internal body clock of most people in the civilized world is no longer in harmony with nature and the natural daily rhythm. It may help, according to experts camping.

Camping will help set the natural circadian rhythm

The researchers found that artificial light that surrounds us daily may disrupt our biorhythm. Stay in nature without artificial lighting can reset our body clocks so that they are in harmony with nature.

Camping is also night owls become larks

A new study showed that a week of camping, where the only light was sunshine and evening camp fire, helped reconcile the internal clock with the natural daily rhythm.

The researchers also found that even the so-called "night owls" after a week camping in the woods without artificial lighting, telephones, computers and televisions converted into risers or "larks".

"We know that artificial light at night keeps us awake," said lead researcher Dr. Kenneth Wright of the University of Colorado in the USA. Research by Dr. Wright tried to uncover the effect of exposure to light (artificial natural I) human internal clock. Scientists have discovered that it is not only artificial light that keeps us awake, but also the lack of daylight.

A week without artificial lighting

For their study, published in the August issue of the journal Current Biology Wright's team hired eight healthy adults who have one week held their normal daily routines and another week spent camping common. During the week in the countryside were only allowed Daylight and sunlight campfire.
