Best Football from Jogging
Sports fans argue for years that the football players have the best body. Now, scientists from America, say that those who play football and get outstanding physical condition, at least better than those earned jog.
This conclusion resulted from monitoring 42 volunteers aged 20 to 40 years old who register before the study; they did not know what to say gymnastics. Researchers divided them into two groups: volunteers first started playing football regularly, while those the second did jog.
Three months later, the volunteers played football had lost more weight and fat, had better physical condition and showed greater improvement in several indicators of health than those who did jog.
