minerals, vitamins or just some protein, so that their health may deteriorate instead of s improve. Especially after a very strict diet, the tendency is often to gain weight . However, several studies have shown that obese patients,

repeated changes of weight increases the risk of illness and even death.

In trials where diets diet have been properly evaluated, the average weight loss was 8% of the initial weight. However,

in all these trials, a number of people are discouraged and abandoned their plan. For those who hold good, we can fix a reasonable target weight loss of 10% of the initial weight.
