One may starve him selves or her selves too long and attain the so called fashionable zero size which shows adverse effects on health. These effects are not immediate but comes into play in a long run, when their ages are at the end of the marathon. The other extreme is those who eat in excess. Eating in excess and that too the present fascinated fast foods including pizzas and burgers are sufficient enough to damage the health.

The fats grow at a larger rate resulting in excess weight. This might not look as a great danger as of now. But if this keeps on continuing then we are at the risk of ending up our own life. Continuous eating may lead to obesity which in long run kills the person. So there is a need to construct a barrier for those who keeps on eating continuously. As per a survey the people who suffer from obesity are more in number in US. The main reason why fats accumulate under skin is lack of having proper exercise after having a great deal of lunch or dinner. One may have excess liking towards eating food but has to accompany proper exercise for good health.
