Three Core Exercises Are Most Beneficial to Men Who Want More Muscles

Feb 28th 2012 at 6:57 AM

It is a dream common to all men, to look bulky and strong. Muscles have been the fascination of men since the start of the gym era. Building muscles is more than just for appearances. Not only does it make a man more appealing but also increases his strength and stamina.

It’s important for men of all ages to exercise in order to maintain longevity. Men age 21 and higher who want a natural boost to their workouts, more muscle tone, less body fat and the sex appeal of a sculpted physique get most of their exercise needs met with good old resistance training.

So, how does one go about gaining that extra twenty or so pounds of muscle mass? One way is to gain muscle fast by increasing your HGH levels. Human Growth Hormone is a chemical produced by the pituitary gland present in the brain. Its function is to repair and renew cells. What it does to muscle, is that it increases the number of muscle cells while exercise leads to a growth in muscle tissue. Together, they produce the best effect.

Discover the short, burst exercise system that will help you boost your metabolism, increase your fat loss, and burn belly fat helping a man look more appealing...

The Core Muscles

Girls may like big arms, but for health and the most benefits of weight training, your core comes first. Your core is your torso, right below your neck to your upper legs.

Core muscles give balance to the body. Doing exercises that work your core can improve amazing stress release, thicken your bones, develop physical strength and promote good balance in long run.

1. Deadlifts

Deadlifts have the distinction of working every major body part. Go for deadlifts if you have plan do one exercise all week and undoubtedly, the single most beneficial exercise you can do is deadlift. Having said this, it's very important to do deadlifts with good form. This is a strenuous exercise that, if you do it wrong or do not perform properly can really mess up your spine.

2. Squats

Another great full body exercise, squats thicken the spine and work those core muscles that develop physical strength and balance. If you're one of these guys, place the bar behind your neck, resting on your shoulders. As with dead lifts, position your back in and your posterior outwards to alleviate pressure on your spine. Slowly lower your body, until your knees are at a 90 degree angle. Then push hard with your knees as you go back up.

3. Bench Press

Bench Press is at the pinnacle of resistance training. To do the bench press, lay flat on your back, with your feet on the floor. Place your hands just outside shoulder-width apart. Lift the bar off the frame, and slowly lower the weight to just above your belly button. Don't bounce it off your stomach. Push hard, and raise it back to the starting position.

Exercise Along With HGH

Gain Muscle Fast by increasing your HGH Levels through exercises such as jogging, cycling and intensive weight lifting. Such intensive and short duration exercises release a sudden charge of HGH into the blood stream. The lactic acid built up in muscles acts as a trigger for the production of HGH. HGH produced during exercise performs one vital task, it rejuvenates all the muscle cells that have been tired out.

Further, an HGH releaser may help you with muscle growth and offer more energy. Younger men will enjoy that it's a safe and legal way to jump-start their muscle tone. But to benefit the most from such a product, it's advisable to choose an HGH releaser with the right dosage for muscle growth and energy, yet within safe and acceptable levels.

The one thought almost certain to come to your mind will be the difference between HGH releasers and HGH supplements. While most of us have heard both these variants, a common person remains ignorant about the difference between the two and which is more advantageous. More often than not, a new user will select HGH supplements over HGH releasers due to their lack of knowledge.

HGH releasers are designed to help the release of the body’s hormones whereas the supplements have hormones added to them. In simple terms, the releaser HGH supplement does not have hormones in it but substances which induce the secretion of hormones instead.

To that end, and if this interests you, look for an HGH releaser formulated specifically for muscle growth. Ideally it should consist of an oral supplement and a spray with Alpha-GPC.

Use a natural growth hormone supplement, like HyperGH 14x, which stimulates natural, as opposed to synthetic growth hormone, from your own body, for muscles, anti-aging benefits, and ultimately, health and happiness.  Click here for more information

When I was younger I used to ATTEMPT TO do squats and deadlifts. Asked for help but I guess the folk at that gym weren't too into giving that. Almost wrecked my knees during squats and that was all she wrote. I use machines and bench for strength now.
