Shipping and insurance
The charges are the responsibility of the customer to go. The camera travels under the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you insure the package depending on the value of the goods, in order to be properly compensated for any loss or damage.
The cost of returning the unit is still the responsibility of our company or the manufacturer authorized service center.
You should know that according to the expert, if a failure is caused by shock or lack of use, the warranty will be terminated and a repair estimate will be presented. This proposal is final and generates fees for quotation.

Devices Out of Warranty
A device may be out of warranty in the following two cases: the initial period of guarantee is exceeded, the security has been denounced by the manufacturer (this can be for various reasons, as appropriate and according to the conditions and standards). For a device out of warranty, you can then go directly to an approved disposal or return your device. An estimate will be established before repair and submitted for your approval or denial. You should know that this has a cost estimate is included in the price when the quote is accepted. If it is refused, you are charged a flat fee of 20 euros HT.
